REFUND POLICY
Due to the detailed nature of lash services we do not issue refunds for services already executed. Any reactions due to lash services are not foreseeable by our skilled & highly trained staff. We will go over any contradictions and allergies with you on your first service with us. In the unfortunate event an allergy occurs, no refunds will be given. However we will offer a free extension removal. Please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment when reactions take place.
LASH GUARANTEE
All lash extensions are guaranteed for 24 hours. If you have major extension loss with the first 24-36 hours it is on us, and you will receive a free touch-up appointment. After 36 hours retention issues are commonly due to improper aftercare or use of products that are not extension safe. Please remember that great lash extension retention is 50% application and 50% home care.
CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hour notice is required to avoid a late cancellation fee that is pre established in our booking site. The cancellation fee can apply in credit towards a re-scheduled appointment. If a client cancels or re-schedules 3 times, a non-refundable deposit of 50% appointment total will be required to book future services.
EARLY/LATE POLICY
Please arrive 5 min before scheduled appointment to cleanse lashes. All clients are required to wash lashes in the salon prior to extension service due to sanitation. If a client is 10 min late a cancellation charge will be made to the card on file, and will go towards your next scheduled appointment. If there is no show and no contact between service provider and client, a charge of the full appointment cost will be executed.

That being said, please leave the kids at home. We have an open lash space and want ALL of our clients to have a relaxing experience. We encourage our clients to take advantage of their appointment time, so please silence phones.
